JEBU (means "warrior" in Japanese)
Jebu was found in Bronx, NY by my downstairs neighbor and childhood friend. I had just moved out of my parents
home and he knew I eventually wanted a dog of my own. Jebu was found wandering in the projects - he was about 5 months
old and "very" skinny. I really hadn't counted on getting a dog so soon, but I took him anyway. I never regretted
it a day in all the time I had him. Everyone who met him fell in love with him immediately.

Maxwell
After I married Frank and we moved to Staten Island, Jebu was home alone all day. I wanted another dog, so we went
to the North Shore Animal League and found Maxwell...he was about 7 weeks old. He "terrorized" poor Jebu (who was "so"
good) but they soon became fast friends. We lost Maxwell suddenly when he was found to have cancer in his hips and spine
at only 10 years old.

Maxwell was a Braves fan...just like his Daddy |
